Delete your Sentry Dashcam account

Delete it in the app

1. Open Sentry Dashcam and go to Settings.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. If you're asked to sign in again, do so, then repeat step 2.

Or ask us by email

Email innovareappdevelopers@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Sentry account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account (email address and name).
• Every clip, thumbnail and trip in your cloud backup, including routes, speeds and incidents.

Deletion is immediate when done in the app and can't be undone. We keep no copies after deletion.

What is kept

• Recordings saved on your phone stay on your phone until you delete them or uninstall the app.
• Google Play keeps its own record of any Sentry Pro purchase, as required for billing and tax. Cancel a subscription in Google Play › Subscriptions.
• Crash reports and usage analytics are not linked to your account and expire automatically (Firebase retention: up to 14 months for analytics, 90 days for crash reports).

Delete some data without deleting your account

In the app, long-press a clip or open a trip and tap Delete; its cloud copy is deleted too. Turn off Settings › Cloud backup to stop uploading.
